Beyond the Transatlantic Policy Center, American University boasts a series of other existing programs, groups, and centers for students and faculty alike that touch on Europe, transatlantic relations, or some of the core themes of focus: rule of law and democratic backsliding, immigration and integration, trade and regulations, or security and technology. The Transatlantic Policy Center is also part of a wider network of Jean Monnet Centres of Excellence in the United States and across the world.

Supporting Students and Faculty

In addition to convening expert speakers and providing high-quality political analysis through policy briefs and student articles, the Transatlantic Policy Center is proud to support the work of our faculty and students. The Center issues research grants and stipends for work that touches on a broad range of issues relating to transatlantic relations, including: rule of law and democratic backsliding; immigration and integration; trade and regulatory policy; and security and technology. The Center is also part of a wider network of Jean Monnet Centers of Excellence in the United States and around the World.
